Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Returns

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

Customers will be charged shipping costs only once (including return shipping). No restocking fees apply for product returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a notification. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
